Job Description
- Preferably a graduate of any course, technical vocational course, or related field
- Training in QA/QC, welding inspection, or fabrication processes is an advantage
- At least 1–2 years experience in Quality Control, preferably in metal fabrication, welding, or manufacturing
- Knowledgeable in fabrication standards, inspection procedures, and quality documentation
- Can read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches
- Familiar with welding symbols, procedures (WPS/PQR), and material specifications
- Knowledgeable in using measuring tools (caliper, tape measure, micrometer, gauges)
- Can conduct visual inspection of fabricated items, welding quality, dimensional checks, and material verification
- Able to prepare QC reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and daily inspection logs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
