QC Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Laboratory Testing & Analysis

• Perform routine analytical and biochemical testing of raw materials, manufacturing processes, utilities/environmental monitoring, and finished materials using approved methods and instruments.
• Review and approve test data to ensure accuracy and timely availability for release decisions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and external agency requirements.

Investigations & Problem Solving

• Support investigations of deviations, out-of-specifications (OOS), and environmental incidents.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Identify, report, resolve, and escalate issues promptly and appropriately.

Validation & Documentation

• Participate in method and equipment validation, revalidation, and qualification activities, including execution and documentation.
