QC Supervisor

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

A.     Quality Control and Quality Assurance

Produce all approved Sales Order Volume based on sales group orders.

Achieve the required Design mix strength and quality that will pass accredited laboratory testing. Making sure materials are not contaminated.

On time deliveries as reported by clients on the customer survey sheet.

Ensure zero loss time injury (LTI) on QA/QC department. Ensure company's health, safety, environment policies are enforced and followed consistently.

Ensure all unserved batched ready-mix are accounted for. All discarded batches should be witnessed by office personnel, and reported on the same day.

B.      Inventory

Ensure that suppliers' declaration of deliveries is compliant with QCMC quality standards.

All received materials must be supported with test certificate.
