Job Description
Ensure raw materials incoming testing are carry out before use in production.
Perform final product testing according to quality specifications and customer requirements.
Conduct routine tests for mechanical properties (moisture content, melt flow index, density, color etc.)
Monitor compounding operations and collect samples during production.
Report any process deviations or abnormalities to the production team immediately.
Approve or reject finished goods based on test results.
Monitor of reject /rework material.
Provide adequate documented explanation of any non-conformance or concern relating to product quality.
Ensure finished product are correctly labelled.
Review and recommending changes if necessary.
Work closely with production team to maintain consistent quality.
Record all test results accurately in quality control test sheet.
Prepare certificates of analysis (COA) for finished products...
