QC Validator

JOB SUMMARY

As a key member of the Quality Control team, you will assist the Head of Data Acquisition to ensure the authenticity & quality of data collected.  You are required to enforce high quality standards of our research projects, through performing independent and stringent QC checks on the data collected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the day-to-day operations to ensure the validation process is robust & timely
• Conduct telephone validations with respondents
• Ensure accurate and orderly documentation of call outcomes
• Manage requests and queries from stakeholders
• Evaluate the quality of data collected by interviewers in an unbiased & timely manner
• Flag irregularities to facilitate timely resolution of issues
• Conduct onsite observations to ensure compliance with survey protocols
• Undertake project set-up activities
