Job Description
FGF Group is seeking a Quality Continuous Improvement Program Lead to enhance food safety and compliance within our bakery. Drive quality initiatives and proactively address improvement areas.
In this critical role, you will ensure adherence to food safety and GMP standards through monitoring, audits, and corrective actions. As a leader, you will supervise the Quality Assurance lab and staff, supporting training initiatives to reinforce food safety practices. Your findings and recommendations will directly impact product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Investigate quality incidents and implement corrective actions • Develop training materials for GMPs and HACCP • Monitor compliance with established quality standards • Liaise with R&D for successful product launches • Maintain QA documentation to support processes
