Job Description

- Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings (JIS standards, tolerances, surface roughness, symbols)
- Operate measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, height gauge, CMM, etc.)
- Analyze and reduce defects (NG) using QC tools and PDCA methodology
- Investigate customer complaints and prepare corrective action reports
- Improve quality processes and support company-wide quality initiatives
- Train, supervise, and develop QA/QC team members
- Other tasks assigned by manager
