We are seeking a highly skilled QE Lead who is capable of driving quality engineering efforts while performing both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Selenium, API testing, and has worked in Retail or Online Store environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall QA/QE activities including planning, execution, strategy, and reporting.
Perform both manual and automation testing for web and API applications.
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
Establish, enhance, and implement QA processes, standards, and methodologies.
Facilitate status meetings, discussions, and ad hoc working sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, Developers, Product, and Support.
