Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a QE Lead - Manual Testing, located in Taguig. As a QE Lead, you will oversee manual testing activities by leading quality validation efforts to ensure products meet defined standards. You will design, execute, and oversee test strategies, identify defects and issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address them effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements and maintain overall product quality through robust quality engineering practices.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Quality Engineering, focusing on the development and execution of testing strategies and frameworks.
Background in managing a team.
