Job Description

• Acting as a Scanning Operator, striving for a zero-defect flow to the customer or distribution centre.
• The Scanning Operator will support the device history record (DHR) scanning process for every work order in SNOM. He/She will collaborate with the DHR Reviewer/QE if any doubts arise. This role may require working on shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Scan and verify Device History Records (DHR)
• Provide feedback and collaborate with the DHR Reviewer/QE to resolve scanning-related issues.
• Interpret, analyze, and propose applicable improvements.
• Assist in retrieving DHR records.
• Undertake special projects assigned by the Line Manager, commensurate with their level of experience.
