Job Description

Your Responsibilities: 

This is a leadership position within the Quality Tech Center Auditing Team. This position will support and drive continuous improvement with a focus on Food Safety and Quality Management System compliance across ADM suppliers and comanufacturers in EMEA. Duties will include;
 

Perform approval audits at suppliers, comanufacturers and warehouses

Conduct Internal Quality and Food Safety audits and assist with root cause/corrective actions at ADM manufacturing plants when needed

Conduct Peer Reviews with other internal auditors to align on expectations of the standard

Work with new auditors to coach and mentor the expectations of the internal audit process in addition to cross training across all of ADM’s business units and product lines

Work with plants on closing action register created during audit while providing support where needed
