Job Description
- Act as the company's Quality Co-coordinator to ensure that all health and safety procedures are carried out correctly according to DOSH and legal authorities legislation. This role usually involves attending external QHSE meetings as the company's representative.
- Responsible for all documentation in relation to QHSE and to keep all documentation and Integrated Management System (IMS) manuals up to date and distribute appropriately within the organization.
- Responsible to prepare policies and procedures for the company's health and safety program, to meet ISO 9000:2015, ISO 14000:2015 and OHSAS 18000:2007 management system standard.
- Arrange QHSE related training to HQ office staff to give awareness on this Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Responsible for ensuring all safety training is carried out and induction programs for new employees includes a thorough QHSE element.
