Job Purpose

To carry out Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental system duties in KJTS Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager in implementing QHSE policies across the Group.
• Help plan, organize and monitor QHSEMS activities.
• Assist in preparing and submitting annual JKKP8 report to DOSH.
• Conduct monthly site inspections and report findings to the Senior Manager.
• Organize evacuation drills for HQ and assist at other sites.
• Conduct internal QHSE audits and assist with external audits.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes (DOSH,NIOSH,KKM,MKN,CIDB) and report key updates.
• Monitor non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Create and share QHSE communications (memos, alerts, brochures) across all sites.
• Identify training needs, develop training materials and conduct QHSE and ESG related training.
