Position
QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (QHSE) EXECUTIVE
Job Purpose
To carry out Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental system duties in KJTS Group.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Manager in implementing QHSE policies across the Group.
Help plan, organize, and monitor QHSEMS activities.
Assist in preparing and submitting the annual JKKP8 report to DOSH.
Conduct monthly site inspections and report findings to the Senior Manager.
Organize evacuation drills for HQ and assist at other sites.
Conducted internal QHSE audits and assisted with external audits.
Stay updated on regulatory changes (DOSH, NIOSH, KKM, MKN, CIDB) and report key updates.
Monitor non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
Create and share QHSE communications (memos, alerts, brochures) across all sites.
Identify training needs, develop training materials, and conduct QHSE and ESG-related training.
