QHSE Officer

Role Overview

The QHSE Officer supports and maintains Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems to ensure compliance with New Zealand legislation and relevant ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Health & Safety systems in line with New Zealand's Health & Safety standards
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Support and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 systems
• Assist with internal audits, corrective actions, and documentation control
• Monitor environmental compliance and sustainability practices
• Maintain QHSE records, reports, and KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a QHSE or H&S role (NZ preferred)
• Working knowledge of ISO standards
• Strong documentation and communication skills
