My client is a globally listed company specialising in engineering, maintenance and industrial solutions for the power generation and heavy industrial sectors. They are currently looking for a QHSSE lead based in the KL office who is responsible for managing the departmental team and supporting their development and skill enhancement.
Your new role
Implement QHSSE Strategy & Compliance – Ensure adherence to company's policies and management systems across projects and offices.
Training & Performance Monitoring – Define training requirements, track matrix completion, and monitor QHSSE performance through dashboards and KPIs.
Risk Management & Audits – Identify and mitigate QHSSE risks while conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
