Job Description

1. 全面统筹前台日常运营管理,包括接待来访人员、电话接听与转接、邮件收发及登记管理等工作;
2. 负责前台团队的排班安排、业务指导与绩效反馈,组织基础服务标准培训与服务质量监督;
3. 协调行政、人事、IT等部门需求,保障办公环境有序运行,及时处理突发性前台事务;
4. 管理前台物资(如名片、登记本、宣传资料等)的申领、发放与库存盘点;
5. 按要求做好访客信息登记与保密管理,严格遵守个人信息保护相关规定。

1. 大专及以上学历,行政管理、工商管理、文秘等相关专业优先;
2. 具有2年及以上前台或行政服务类岗位工作经验,其中至少1年承担带教或协助管理职责;
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和应变能力,能独立处理多线程事务;
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件,具备基础的数据整理与台账管理能力;
5. 形象端正,举止得体,普通话标准,具备较强的责任心与职业素养;
6. 遵守劳动法律法规,无就业歧视性限制条件,符合国家关于平等就业的相关规定。
