QMS Associate

Job Summary:

The position shall assist the Group Quality and Safety Manager in the implementation of the quality management system and data privacy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and archiving of all Quality Management System (QMS) documents, including policies, procedures, forms, and records.
• Maintain a document control register to track the status and revision history of all QMS documents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to review, update, and disseminate updated documents.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS, identifying non-conformities and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and issue audit reports detailing findings, non-conformities, and recommended corrective actions.
• Assist in root cause analysis and ensure timely implementation of correction and corrective actions plans (CCAP).
