QMS Training Specialist for Danish SaaS scale-up

is a life science software scale-up company with offices in Denmark, The Phillipines and United States. Our eQMS software solution supports medical device, pharma and lab organizations working efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.

We are expanding globally and seeking for 2 Training Specialists who will be part of our Customer Success Team to assist customers with onboarding, oversee all training-related activities, and facilitate workshops. You will serve as the primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis.

To succeed in the role, you should possess knowledge about requirements within the life-sciences industry (pharma, medical device, lab or biotech). In addition, your commication skills are highly important in order to deliver QMS training to clients.
