QPB Assistant Stock Returns

Medipost Pharmacy is seeking to recruit a Qualified Post Basic Assistant Stock Returns for its Production business in Gezina, Pretoria. The position reports to the Stock Returns Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily processing of returned parcels on Medipost App: Parcels have to be finalised according to SOP within 3 days with daily requesting and following up on manual reversals and claim rejections and all filing done correctly.
2. Reconciliation of stock audit trail for the credited stock of the previous day: Done every morning to ensure that there are no discrepancies between the stock items that were credited and what will be transferred to Loc 7.
3. Managing internal and external telephone and e-mail queries regarding returned parcels: Resolving queries within 24-hour turnaround time with all relevant information noted on the Action Diary.
