QS Building

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Building Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, billing, contract management, and overall financial control of building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per drawings and specifications
• Quantity take-off from structural and architectural drawings
• Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis
• Verify contractor and vendor bills
• Prepare and submit IPC (Interim Payment Certificates)
• Maintain billing records and ensure transparency
• Monitor project cost and budget control

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in building projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and billing
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD
