We are seeking a talented QS Civil to join our team at CHINA CONSTRUCTION FRONT GEN. DEVT. CORP.' in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the strategic planning and execution of our construction projects. As QS Civil, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our civil engineering initiatives, ensuring we deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

1. Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
2. Monitoring project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities
3. Negotiating and finalising contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
4. Providing regular progress reports and financial updates to key stakeholders
