QS & Cost Control Engineer (Boracay Based)

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a

related field. Professional license is a plus but not required.

1. At least 4 years relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost control

handling medium to large scale vertical construction projects.

1. Experience in preparation of quantity take-off, unit cost derivation and analysis,

bill of materials, bill of quantities, bid documents, variation orders and other

construction documents.

1. Knowledge in procurement and contracts administration.

2. Knowledge in Office 365, Google Suite and AutoCAD applications. Knowledge in

Sketchup, Planswift, Blubeam Revu, MS Project and Primavera is a plus.

1. Basic familiarity with construction project management tools.

2. Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities and able to work in a fast-paced
