QS Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for land development works (earthworks, road pavement, drainage, water, sewer, electrical, and site utilities)
• Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns based on approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders to ensure budget compliance
• Evaluate contractor progress billings, claims, and variation orders
• Coordinate with site engineers, planners, and procurement for cost and quantity verification
• Track material usage and compare actual vs estimated quantities
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and project specifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in land development
