QS Engineers – NCR and Provincial (Start ASAP)

Seeking a QS Engineer to manage procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination for construction projects in NCR and provincial sites.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling procurement of construction materials.
• Preparing estimates, proposals, and quotations for value engineering works.
• Regular monitoring of materials, budget, and expenses.
• Coordinating with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Handling billings from subcontractors and trades.
• Generating or assisting in regular project expense reportsand materials monitoring. KPIsand other departmental reports.
• Assisting higher-level engineers with daily workload.
• Creating master schedules and monitoring progress and delays.
• Preparing documents for all office activities and transactions.
