 The Managing Quantity Surveyor (QS Manager) will oversee all quantity surveying activities within the company, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is pivotal in providing commercial support and guidance across all construction projects, maintaining a strong focus on cost management, contract administration, and stakeholder communication.
  Project Cost Management: Develop and maintain project cost plans and budgets.Monitor and control expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct cost analysis and present detailed reports to senior management.Contract Management:Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Manage contract disputes and claims effectively.
