About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QS MEPF to join the team at CHINA CONSTRUCTION FRONT GEN. DEVT. CORP.'. This full-time role is based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. As QS MEPF, you will play a crucial part in the construction and development projects of the company, overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire (MEPF) systems.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing cost estimates and bills of quantities for MEPF systems
• Reviewing and approving MEPF-related shop drawings and specifications
• Monitoring and controlling MEPF budgets and expenditures
• Identifying and resolving MEPF-related issues and discrepancies
• Liaising with MEPF contractors, consultants and other stakeholders
• Providing technical support and advice on MEPF matters
• Ensuring MEPF works comply with relevant codes, standards and regulations
