QS Planner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferably Licensed Engineer; With Drivers licensed is advantage
• At least 2–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Planning
• Experience in construction projects (building construction experience is an advantage)
• Proficient in project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera)
• Strong knowledge in cost estimates, budgeting, BOQ preparation, and progress billing
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel is a must)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Ilo-Ilo and Victorias project sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs
• Develop and monitor project schedules and timelines
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Commercial Team
