qs supervisor

• Supervise a QS team, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of submissions.
• Conduct Site inspections and attend pre-bid meetings with the clients
• Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings, specifications and other project documents.
• Coordinate with the suppliers, Clients, project and procurement teams.
• Assist in procuring materials and services and evaluate subcontractor quotes
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities and tender Bid submissions
• Creates project budgets,ensuring all cost elements are considered
