Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in stone and marble works, with proven experience in hotel and casino projects and Middle East (GCC) projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical and commercial expertise, excellent cost control skills, and is highly proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and take-offs specifically for stone and marble works

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs using PlanSwift
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders related to stone and marble scopes
• Coordinate with design, drafting, and project teams to ensure accurate quantities and pricing
• Support tendering, subcontractor evaluations, and commercial negotiations
