QS/Estimator - Stone/Tile works

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in stone and marble works , with proven experience in hotel and casino projects and Middle East (GCC) projects . The ideal candidate has strong technical and commercial expertise, excellent cost control skills, and is highly proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel . Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and take-offs specifically for stone and marble works
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs using PlanSwift
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders related to stone and marble scopes
• Coordinate with design, drafting, and project teams to ensure accurate quantities and pricing
• Support tendering, subcontractor evaluations, and commercial negotiations...
