To ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and applicable safety regulations. The QHSE Engineer is responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance, quality control and safety management systems to deliver defect-free projects while maintaining a zero-accident work environment.

1. Quality Assurance and Control

• Prepare and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and quality procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and specifications.
• Review material submittals, method statements and shop drawings.
• Issue and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Oversee snagging and de-snagging prior to handover.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
