Qualification & Government Relations Specialist - AL Nafees Holding

Job Purpose:

To manage the qualification of the company with government, semi-government, and private sector entities. This includes handling all registration, follow-up, and compliance activities on platforms such as Etimad, Baladi, Forsa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Supplier Portal, and others. The role ensures the preparation of all required documentation and the company’s readiness to participate in tenders and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Qualification & Registration

- Prepare and organize all company qualification files, including legal, financial, technical documents, licenses, and certifications.

- Manage registration, updates, and follow-up across key platforms:

* Etimad

* Baladi

* Forsa

* SAP Ariba

* Oracle Supplier Portal

* Registration with major companies (Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea, ROSHN, ministries, universities, etc.)
