Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities
+ Oversees the clinical functions of a Community Crisis Home (CCH) and/or Enhanced Behavior Support Home (EBSH), regularly monitoring implementation and outcomes of Individual Behavior Support Plans (IBSPs) for persons supported and escalating concerns or issues to Clinical Director and/or program leadership.
+ Demonstrates and models professionalism and all skills of direct care staff with a person-centered and trauma-informed approach that emphasizes YAI’s culture and mission and positive behavior supports.
+ Collaborates with the Clinical Director and program staff to ensure the clinical needs of the people YAI supports are addressed.
