Job Brief
The QIDP coordinates all aspects of care for residents in order to ensure active treatment is provided on an on going basis in the least restrictive environment, in accordance with the OPWDD.
Shift Worked:
Sunday & Thursday: 12pm-8pm/ Monday: 11am-7pm Tuesday: 3pm-11pm Wednesday: 4pm-12am
Weekly Hours:

FLSA Status:
Non Exempt
Pay range:
$28.21 - $28.21 hr
