Qualified Plastic Welder - Marine Projects

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, on the water, and takes pride in producing high‑quality, safe, long‑lasting welds in challenging environments. We have rosters available to suit either 7 days on, 7 days off or 4 days on, 3 days off.

About the role

As a Plastic Welder, you’ll be responsible for the fabrication, installation, repair and ongoing maintenance of HDPE sea pen infrastructure, helping ensure our marine farming systems are safe, reliable and built to last.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting and mentoring junior team members, sharing best‑practice welding techniques and promoting strong safety and quality standards across our sites.
