Qualified Room Lead (Level 3)

This role would suit anybody that has experience as an Early Years Educator and Room lead experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification). Please check here
• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
