Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Security Operator to support the NHBRC Alarm Monitoring and Armed Response Project. The successful candidate will ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and premises through 24/7 vigilance and rapid tactical intervention.

Key Responsibilities

• Active Monitoring: Provide 24/7 alarm monitoring services with zero-fail reliability.
• Tactical Response: Execute rapid armed response services within strictly defined response time targets.
• System Integrity: Conduct regular system testing and report requirements for preventative or corrective maintenance.
• Incident Management: Handle incident reporting and follow formal escalation protocols during security breaches.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to PSIRA regulations and industry best practices.
