Quality Advisor

Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Quality, the Quality Advisor provides operational support for TCT’s ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS). They will ensure continuous compliance with regulatory, customer, and OEM requirements, while driving cross-functional integration and a strong company-wide culture of quality and continuous improvement. This role anchors a high-performance culture that balances rigorous commitment to workplace safety for our people.

Duties

• Coordinate and organize the strategy, maintenance and control of TCT’s ISO9001 QMS, including updating the Quality Assurance Manual and all mandatory documentation.
• Continually monitor and evaluate TCT’s QMS performance, providing strategic, guidance and recommendations on policies, processes and procedures to improve the effectiveness of the QMS.
