Job Title: QA – AR (US Healthcare RCM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Analyst – AR with strong experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in AR follow-up, auditing, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit AR transactions including Billing, Cash Posting, Credit Balance, Denial Management, and Correspondence.
• Perform root cause analysis on AR issues, denials, and aged accounts (90+ days) and implement corrective action plans.
• Monitor team performance and recommend improvement plans based on quality findings.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and quality reports.
• Identify trends from reports and drive process improvements.
