Quality Analyst Billing & Rejection

· Only relevant experience can be considered.
· Has worked on Complete billing process reconciliation (charges entered vs
submitted), Should know how to fix CH/Payer rejections, System edits, review
of unbilled charges. Review of batch submission/rejection, Tracking for smooth
claim submission.
· Good knowledge on overall Medical Billing, experience in Training, Coaching
feedback, and Client interaction.
· Experience working on Excel, Ms word, Email writing.
· Good hands-on Software like NG, ECW, Epic etc.
· Good communication written and verbal presentation skills.
· Experience in documenting workflows/Sops, processes.
· Should be able to identify workflow gaps and standardization opportunities.
· Able to handle pressure deadlines.
· Team Player who can do multi – tasking, Problem solving skill.
· Proactive, assertive and with a positive attitude
