What You´ll Do
Increase in the volume of incoming materials.
Participation in GEMBA walks.
Participation in Production meetings and meetings with the Projects team.
Involvement in Audits.
Participation in the internal auditors program.
Training sessions for the production team.
Creation of interdisciplinary backups within the area.
Management of Finished Product (FP) release with microbiological sensitivity.
Follow‑up on Action Plans with suppliers.
Training plan with packaging material suppliers.
Management of the Action Tracker for the plant and warehouse.
Input to Quality Incident.
Management of Certificates of Analysis.
Management of Color Standards.
Management of Packaging Material Specifications (PM / ME).
Daily data entry into the Packaging Material Matrix.
Increase in activation of PM IDs in SAP.
Upload and closure of SCMS in SAP.
