Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to HCM platforms such as
Workday, Kronos, Paychex, ADP, SAP, Oracle, and Sage
for end-users and clients.
Resolve system, account, and payroll-related technical concerns while ensuring timely ticket resolution and service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
Assist users with system navigation, configuration issues, data validation, and functional usage of HCM applications.
Document technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in knowledge bases and support tracking systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical and support teams to escalate and resolve complex system and application issues.
