Quality Analyst( WFH/ONSITE)

Qwest BPO is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst.

Candidates must have customer support experience with onboarding customers and ensuring data accuracy throughout setup. Strong communicator skilled in troubleshooting, working with technical teams, and staying proactive—able to move to the next task without waiting for direction.

Responsibilities:

• Support customers through onboarding and launch.
• Perform data validation and QA within the Apartment IQ platform.
• Identify and document data issues and partner with Engineering for resolution.
• Communicate updates and guidance to customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Manage onboarding timelines and deliverables across different customer stages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and share feedback to improve processes.
• Keep customer records and tasks up to date in Salesforce and Linear.
