Job Type: Shifting Schedule (Onsite)

Required Qualifications

• At least 1‑2 years experience as a Quality Analyst in a Travel account
• MUST have Travel Account experience that is client‑facing, preferably with Voice, Email, and Chat LOB
• GDS skill on one or more GDS (Amadeus, Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, and Apollo)
• Good understanding of International Ticketing, Exchanges, Refunds
• Good understanding of IATA Rules and regulations (Fare component, Manual fare calculation, Pricing unit, Global Indicator, Indirect Travel Limitation, and other Travel Terminologies)
• Proficient in English speaking and communication
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Highly knowledgeable in Quality tools
