Quality and Food Safety Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for the on‑site execution of food safety and sanitation programs, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while identifying risks and continuous improvement opportunities. This role is based at our Linares, Nuevo León plant and is an on‑site position , working closely with cross‑functional partners across Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Quality & Food Safety. You’ll play a critical role in protecting product integrity, strengthening food safety culture, and supporting plant performance through strong execution and auditing discipline.
