Lead the investigation of all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) from Production and Site. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Enforce the implementation of corrective actions across the team.
Ensure that the engineering team adheres strictly to the Four-Eye Principle (Maker/Checker) and that all documenttransfers between disciplines are formally recorded and verified.
Create and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize engineering KPIs, such as NCR trends, On-Time Delivery...
