Quality and Operation Manager

We’re looking for a Quality & Operation Manager to join us at Telia.
I’m Anne-Grete Johnsen Ruud, Head of Consumer Fixed Network, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on developing, expanding and operating Telia Norway's system platforms and access network.
**What you’ll do**:
- Ensure robust day-to-day operations, fault management, preventive maintenance, and performance monitoring across the fixed network.
- Contract management and follow-up of external partners in operation and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in uptime, stability, and quality of service.
- Create and align routines and processes, improve way-of-working, with the customer experience in focus.
- Work closely with Telia Company’s NOC and Telia Norway Network to ensure the network supports business and customer requirements.
