Job title: Quality Assistant Manager-Insurance-EBU
Work location: Cebu
Work set up and schedule: Onsite and Shfiting
Salary: 40k-50k
Headcount: 1 
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in a QA AM/TL role or currently in a Sr. TL level role
Knowledge of quality tools and analysis
Experience in financial services (preferred)
Must have an understanding of NPS calculation/CSAT
Knowledge of quality framework deployment in new transitions
6 years of experience in BPO
