Quality Assurance

MummyRQ Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Sungai Petani, Kedah on a permenant contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes and end products, playing a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols
• Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Identifying and resolving quality issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement
• Maintaining detailed quality records and reports to support compliance and audit requirements
• Providing training and guidance to production staff/interns on quality management practices
